How did you get into AEI?
Viktor: It was January/February 2017 and during my businesses trip in NewYork I saw on the net job opportunity for B1 Engineers posted by AEI and luckily I decided to apply and join the team by mid March.
What do you enjoy about working for AEI?
Viktor: Well established system of procedures and rules, human attitude towards each others and each situation, freedom and flexibility in bringing right decisions which are appreciated by the superiors afterwards.
What do you think about the company/your colleagues?
Viktor: Highly respected relationships between all colleagues especially from BTS head quarter team, mainly “working together” and “right people” slogans are well implemented inside the company.
What has surprised you at AEI that you hadn’t experienced before?
Viktor: My very first interview meeting when Company CEO picked me up from the airport and spent all day long with me, that was the moment when I understood that I will stay for a longer in the AEI family!
Which project or task at AEI are you most proud of?
Viktor: First engine change in RMO station on A320 aircraft, constant growth of RMO station especially after year 2023.
Which skills do you consider essential in your work?
Viktor: Logic, Predictive, Proactive, Precaution, Technical, Responsibility.
What’s the story you will never forget that happened during your professional life at AEI?
Viktor: My professional life in AEI changed also my private life giving me opportunity to start work in RMO where I had luck to meet my life partner my wife and together we have two wonderful kids.
Pandemic period when everything was improvisation to survive and stay on the market where we all together satisfactorily managed it.
