We provide line maintenance with operational inspections, including Daily, Weekly and A-Checks, combining visual inspections, system checks and minor repairs to maintain airworthiness and safe operations.

We provide defect rectification through diagnostics, repairs and tests, with on-site AOG support coordinating parts and personnel to restore airworthiness and minimize downtime.

We handle removal of faulty components, coordination with approved repair organizations and exchange or replacement parts, managing logistics and repairs to ensure timely return to service, minimal downtime and full compliance.

We plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities in line with flight schedules and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient execution through clear oversight and a single point of contact.

We provide rapid support for unplanned technical events, delivering on-site repairs, replacements and tests, including temporary line maintenance setup to support flexible and continuous operations.

We have been cooperating for over 8 years with the approved subcontractor Satys Air Livery Ltd to provide professional aircraft painting services. Subcontractor’s staff perform preparation and painting tasks, whereas AEI^® delivers oversight, support, and ensures that the whole process is pursued with the EASA Part-145 rule.

We carry out aircraft weighing in cooperation with CH-Aero, providing precise and certified results that meet all regulatory requirements. Using AW5-L weighing scales, we are capable of weighing a wide range of aircraft, including wide-body types such as Airbus A350, Boeing 747, Airbus A330, and others.

We maintain the Leonardo AW189 under our approval and, together with HeliBuddy, support several other helicopter types. This cooperation allows us to deliver inspections, repairs and modifications fully in line with EASA Part-145 requirements.

In addition to maintenance services, we also supply aviation spare parts to customers worldwide.

We provide certified aircraft spare parts with full traceability and coordinated logistics, supporting both planned maintenance and unplanned operational needs.

At our BTS station, we offer a range of ground support equipment including access ladders, low platforms, an articulated boom lift (cherry picker) and a dedicated wheel and brake trailer.

Our RMO station provides access ladders and an articulated boom lift (cherry picker), together with a ground hot air source and a ground power unit (GPU).
