As an EASA Part-66 B1/B2 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for performing and certifying line maintenance on the Airbus A320 family in full compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, responsibility and discipline, as well as the ability to work independently while supporting a coordinated operational team.

In this position, you will carry out troubleshooting, defect rectification, functional and operational checks, and component replacements according to approved maintenance data. You will ensure that all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards and documented accurately in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.

As part of our network, you will contribute directly to the airworthiness and operational readiness of aircraft handled at our Bratislava (BTS) station.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform line maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with company and manufacturer procedures and Part-145.
  • Carry out line maintenance, repair and servicing under the authorization of the company certificate (Part-66) and company procedures.
  • Perform and sign the Release to Service for all maintenance work that you are permitted to certify and which has been carried out by you.
  • Support B1 and B2 certifying staff in fault isolation and defect rectification.
  • Assist the Team Leader in overall station management.
  • Manage the outstation store and spare parts inventory.
  • Take responsibility for all related paperwork and documentation.

 

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Hold a valid EASA Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) Part-66 in category B1 or B1/B2.
  • Possess a valid type rating for B737 CL/NG, A320 Family or Fokker 100 Model 28 with Rolls-Royce TAY-650 engines.
  • Minimum six months of maintenance experience under an AMEL Part-66 licence or have met the relevant privileges issue criteria within the preceding two-year period.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations PART-145 and PART-66.
    Good command of English.
  • Flexibility, readiness for action and ability to work shifts.
  • Team-capability and willingness to work as part of a coordinated technical team.
  • Valid driving licence category “B”.
