Aeroengineers International s.r.o. (AEI ®) is a limited liability company (LLC) established to provide a full range of aircraft maintenance services.

The company’s strategic vision involves establishing a network of agile and adaptable line maintenance stations. These stations are proficient in delivering high-quality line maintenance services to our valued customers. Additionally, AEI provides comprehensive logistic support to the aviation industry and a limited scope of heavy maintenance.

The company is certified with licenses for aircraft maintenance in accordance with:

• EASA Part 145 (Europe Union)
• UAE GCAA (United Arab Emirates)
• Civil Aviation Regulatory Commitee of Jordan
• CAA RM (Moldova) Approval as well.

Corporate headquarters is situated in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

Legal structure of company business

AEI is a group of companies managed by the parent company Aeroengineers International s.r.o. (AEI SK), which operates the subsidiary Aeroengineers International MO LLC (AEI MO) and Armenian Branch of Aeroengineers International LLC (AEI AM).

• AEI SK: Established and registered in Slovakia, holds the main control and management functions for the entire group.
• AEI MO: A separate legal and economic entity established and owned by AEI SK.
• AEI AM: Possesses the legal entity of AEI SK and a separate economic entity, established and owned by AEI SK.

AEI EASA Part 145 approval is issued to AEI SK and is fully valid in both AEI MO and AEI AM. In other words AEI operates as a group implementing common quality and safety standards that have been approved by competent authority (Transport Authority - Civil Aviation Division) acting as the competent authority against AEI.
